Beautiful rooms and view. Excellent service.
Very hard beds! REsort a bit out of the centre necessitating a tuk tuk ride for dinner but this was a small problem. The beds were a major problem. Almost unable to sleep!

This hotel has a beautiful location. I think every room has a river view. But it is a bit out of town. You will need a tuk-tuk to get from the town to the hotel and back again. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also quite large. Our room had a private balcony facing the Mekong River. In the hotel souvenir shop there is a computer with access to the internet. Hotel guests may use this computer for free. But there is only one computer!
The hot water in the bathroom was extremely hot. Sometimes it was difficult to set a fitting temperature in the shower. The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was a bit slow. We found out how to solve this problem: go the the restaurant at 6 pm and order your dinner for 7 pm. Then you can return to your room. When you arrive at the restaurant at 7 pm, the dinner will be served at once. There is no swimming pool in this hotel.
